This offering is designed to introduce individuals to the Yogic practice. Yoga signifies “Union” in Sanskrit – and the purpose of this experience is to establish a practice of mindful breathing (through pranayama), mindful listening, asana (practice of postures) and goal setting. Offered by William Carleton, 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher of Naam Yoga. Yogic disciplines include: Naam Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.
Materials Needed: Yoga mat, towel, water bottle, pen and pad.
