Taiji/Qigong Introduction – 6-week class through slowing down motion, a higher level of balance training, practical leg strength, and meditation in motion is available.
We will play with ancient patterns that are intended to increase organ and full body health. The classes will also include guided meditations.
Sue Del Buono been a martial arts master for 31 years and is a certified Qigong Instructor of Dr. YangJwing Ming’s . She was the first certified Female master of the World Tang Soo Do Association, along with being the 1986 world Champion in Forms.
