Amuse Bouche to start and Blackberry Fennel Goat Cheese Crostini

First Course:  Roasted Butternut Soup, in the Asian style with Caramel Popcorn topping, curried shrimp garnish

Second Course: Chicken and Duck Terrine, small herb salad, mustard, cornichon, baguette toasts, caramelized onion chutney

Third Course:   Red Wine, Cranberry and Rosemary Braised Short Ribs served with Polenta, Haricot Vert

Fourth Course:  Chocolate bowls with Cassis Berries and Chantilly Cream
